Founded and currently leading ALEAF Technologies, a purpose-driven early-stage startup focused on using technology to solve local challenges in innovative ways. Overseeing all aspects of product development, from user research and MVP design to strategy and execution, while managing a small, agile team. Our work is currently in stealth mode as we build and pilot our first product. This venture is a reflection of my commitment to digital innovation, social benefit, and purposeful leadership in high-speed, resource-constrained environments.

Conducted research to identify volunteer projects on EXPA and through direct contact with local AIESEC chapters. Communicated project details to members, monitored project implementation, and gathered feedback for continuous improvement. Played a key role in the One Bus Campaign by coordinating logistics to send volunteers to Kenya.

Fintech Developer

FinHub (UDSM & CRDB Bank) • February 2021 - August 2023

Completed specialized training in fintech, developed coding skills through guidance from university professionals and CRDB Bank personnel. Collaborated on innovative fintech solutions and contributed to the development of an electronic cheque system, designing the WhatsApp e-Cheque assistance chatbot and supporting the mobile app development.

Collaborated with team members to develop solutions to community problems, participated in product development from ideation to prototype, and conducted market research.
